Features​

Need to mark loans so only a specific group of people can see them?

Setup​

  1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
  2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on VIP. \
  3. Create a User Group called VIP
  4. Add everyone you want to have access to these loans to this group.

Usage​

  1. Once enabled go to the pipeline, select a loan and click Mark VIP.
  2. This loan will now be taken out of the pipeline for any non VIP user.
  3. If the loan is opened from the Open Recent menu option the loan will be closed telling the user they don't have access.
