Features​

Make it easy for your users to create Batch Updates with our fast Batch Tool!

Setup​

  1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
  2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on Batch.

Usage​

  1. If you are opening a Batch File you have created, select the Chomper Quick Start Menu.

  2. Select Batch Update

  3. Click Import Batch File

  4. Verify the data and Click Run Batch

  5. If you want to start a Batch Update using Report Data.

  6. Select the Report tab, select your report.

  7. Make sure you have the first Field set as Guid or [364], the rest are the fields you want to update.

  8. Select the Chomper Quick Start Menu

  9. Select Batch Update

  10. Click Use Selected Report

  11. Select a column, enter a value in the text box and hit Update Column Values to update an entire column.

  12. Check Update Changed Only if you only want to update the fields you have modified.

  13. Click Run Batch

  14. One cool feature is the Batch Revert

  15. Simply select Load recent

  16. Pick the batch you want to revert, and hit Stage Batch Revert
