Features​

Want to reassign roles from the pipeline? We make it super easy, but that's not all. Now you can assign roles that are EMPTY!!!

Setup​

  1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
  2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on Reassign. \

Usage​

  1. Once enabled select a loan(s) in the pipeline.
  2. Click on the Reassign tool above.
  3. Select the Personas you want to search for users to resassign to
  4. Select the role you want to assign to
  5. If the role is occupied hit reassign.
  6. If the role is empty click Assign Unassigned Loans.
